I looked on the net to choose a hotel for a night or two when we return from Australia, before we move into our flat next week.
The Comfort Hotel sounded good, or, even better, the Comfystay Dream Inn. Quality Hotel might be promising, Shangri -la has a certain appeal.
Don’t think we’ll opt for the Chaos Hotel, though.
And I bet they are really really comfortable NOT!!!!
Lovely to hear from you. Glad all okay and that you have found an apartment. Hopefully the fires have abated and you now have clear days once again.
We have been busy here with house jobs (not exciting), a little bit of gardening when the weather allows and a bit of grandparent duty.
Faye came up on the train with the children for five days and we had such a lovely time. Audrey really enjoyed exploring our garden and playing on the tricycle we bought for her and Gil was really good and so we had a very relaxing time.
We have finally got the company that refurbished Kirsty and Simon’s in to look at the downstairs cloakroom with a view to getting it done. Len has stripped it out and it is now dry. Hopefully if they can fit us in we will get it done before Christmas. We have also had the lady that did Kirsty and Simons place to quote us for painting the lounge and will get that done in the next few weeks as well. We have never liked the colour and so are looking forward to having it redone.
Other than that we haven’t been up to much.
I am going to try and attach a couple of pictures of Audrey and Gil and if I fail then I will email them.
Love to your both. xx
