Host of the 2015 Asean Summit, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, is reported in the New Straits Times (required reading) as saying before the opening:

“I look forward to fruitful and positive outcomes from our many multi and bilateral and regional meetings on political, security, environmental and economic issues, foremost being the historic Kuala Lumpur Declaration on the Establishment of the Asean Community”.
