It’s pouring with rain. Lovely heavy tropical rain, thunder and lightening adding to the excitement. Only problem is, we’re hungry, want to eat out, but don’t want to get soaked. (I know, I know…call ourselves Brits? We’re wimps. And ashamed of ourselves. A bit).
Well, the good news is we just can just go downstairs, and voila, a choice of restaurants. There’s Delicious, (nothing special really, except for FREE CAKE). ZenZero is Italian, stylish, yummy food. San Francisco has great coffee and Mighty Mighty breakfast. There’s a suitably enigmatic looking Japanese place. And how could we not love Tartines and Tipples? (So delighted by the byline, I didn’t realise for a while that the place is actually called Glass). Craft beers, decent wine, and fresh, delicious food…What’s not to like?

Ah that’s one of the many things I love about Asia, the warm tropical rain. And free cake?! Sounds like you picked the perfect place to live.
